Hi all. Here is a link to the minutes taken at the recent meeting. Obviously you will have received Simon’s email since the meeting which explains alot of the queries that were raised.
I have therefore amended the minutes a little to take this into account.
Key thing now is sponsorship, sponsorship & more sponsorship. The tour really does need the actual money to come in quickly now in order to be able to cover the excursions.
The other vital thing is the consent form, required even if the parent / guardian is going on tour. Here is a link to a copy of the form if you do not have one.
Remember the next meeting is 10:30, 10th June at Grange Junior School. Please can as many parents as possible be there (including those who will not be travelling with their son).

A quick message to everyone that hasn’t already picked up from other means. There is a tour meeting this coming Sunday 27th June @ 10:30. The meeting is to be held at Grange School, Franklin Road, Rowner, PO13 9TS. See you all there.
